Fd30 Composite Fire Door Installations

Chesterfield Composite Doors are please to announce we now supply and install Solid Core FD30 Composite Fire Doors for your home. 

Our Composite Fire Doors are certified by Certifire to the highest standards and exceed the 30 minute fire door test to BS476 Part 22:1987 and are tested from both sides as per the new regulations. All fire doors will include either an over head closer or concealed closer. 

Composite Fire Doors can vary in price depending on the design chosen.  A Fire door without glass is much cheaper than one with glass fitted. 

 Our Fd30 Composite Fire Doors start at £1750 fitted including VAT. This is for an internally rated fire door fitted between a kitchen and a garage.

The starting price for an internally rated fire door fitted in a block of flats is £2100 including fitting and VAT.

For an externally rated fire door fitted as an entrance door on a ground floor the starting price would be £2100 including fitting and VAT.

For an externally rated fire door fitted in a block of flats the starting price will be £2250 including fitting and VAT.

We offer a reasonable door style choice with our fire doors. However certain factors may limit the styles you can choose. These include letterboxes along frame widths and heights.

• Certified Registered CF5705
• Tested to BS476 Part 22 1987 both sides (Report numbers 402105 & 403720)
• EN14449:2005-EN1279-5 Compliant Sealed Units
• BSEN 1154 Compliant Closers

Externally Rated Fire Doors:

• 30 minute fire and security doorset bi-directionally tested to BS 476: Part 22 or BS EN 1634-1.
• Single certificated to BS 476: Part 22 by Warrington Certifire scheme. Certificate number CF 5906.
• Dual certificated to BS 476: Part 22 and PAS24:2016 by Warrington Certifire scheme and Certisecure schemes. Certificate numbers CS 5112 / CF 5863.
• Tested for cold smoke leakage to BS EN 1634-3.
• Dual certificated doorsets accredited by Secured by Design. (upon request and when certain requirements are met i.e. spyhole, door chain, etc) Secured by Design Certificates cost an additional £45 including VAT.
• External doorsets UKCA marked.
